OUR PHILOSOPHY
Peace of Mind Realty was founded in 2010 by Vida Assadi. After spending nearly five years with other brokerages, Vida recognized a common trend: the primary focus was often on the companies themselves rather than the clients. Determined to create a more client-centric approach, she established Peace of Mind Realty with a clear mission.
Vida designed the company to eliminate the traditional "sales" and "agent" mindset associated with real estate transactions. Instead, she fostered a consulting environment where clients are empowered with the tools, resources, and information needed to make informed and rewarding decisions.
At Peace of Mind Realty, we believe that when a home has all the essential elements in place, it will naturally attract buyers. Our role is not to sell ourselves but to ensure that our clients have every key ingredient necessary to effectively market and sell their homes.
